Services
Individual
Counseling
Counseling helps build self-esteem, reduce anxiety, strengthen coping mechanisms, and improve social and community functioning. Supportive psychotherapy helps people deal with issues related to their mental health conditions, which in turn can improve other aspects of their lives.
Couples
Counseling
If you and your partner are going through a rough patch, couples therapy can provide you with skills to improve your relationship. Many couples have their ups and downs, and sometimes we just need a little extra help reconnecting with that special someone.
Family
Counseling
Learning as a family can be both fun and rewarding. Family therapy can help you improve troubled relationships with your partner, children or other family members. You may address specific issues such as marital or financial problems, conflict between parents and children, or the impact of substance abuse or a mental illness on the entire family.
C.B.R.S.
We offer Community-Based Rehabilitation Specialist (CBRS) services to help individuals and families who are enrolled in Medicaid access essential support within their community. Our team works closely with clients to connect them to resources like housing, healthcare, and employment services. We’re here to make navigating these systems easier and more effective.
