About Me
Joe Arzola, L.M.S.W.

Hello, my name is Joe and I was born in Texas but grew up in the great state of Idaho. I love getting to know people and enjoy having meaningful conversations with them. I am a veteran who proudly served this great country for 12 years. When time allows, I love being outdoors and my favorite hobbies include golfing in the summer, skiing in the winter and spending time with my wife and 5 children.

I appreciate my clients as individuals and look forward to providing the best quality of service possible. I have worked in the mental health field for over 21 years and have worked with people of many different backgrounds and needs. Individuals I have worked with have experienced trauma, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, OCD, and other disorders.

My counseling philosophy is to encourage each person to take the lead in their own treatment which often results in more successful outcomes. I believe investing in counseling is investing in yourself! Just like our physical bodies need attention, our mental and emotional health also need attention. This is why I specialize in working with people to help them learn how their thoughts affect their behaviors and mental health patterns.

If you are feeling depressed, need someone to talk with, someone to listen, or perhaps searching for more advanced guidance, I am here to provide the level of support you need. Please reach out to me for a confidential consultation; together, we can make a difference!
